There was no indication that someone was coming to help us, and when one of them finally did, he didn’t offer an apology or even a greeting. The female cashier also seemed disengaged, staring blankly ahead while we waited for our food. Although the food itself was decent, the meat was quite dry. This place definitely needs to improve its training process. I didn’t see anyone who appeared to be in a managerial role, and several customers looked frustrated at the long wait times. While I understand that hiring can be challenging these days, having a leader present is crucial. Unfortunately, no one here seemed to care about their responsibilities. I don't intend to return to this location in the future.

I ordered the other day a burrito with lots (tons! of goods inside it, and it was absolutely delicious.Especially as it was hardly greasy but very fresh. enjoyed it much.

How... read more I had a wonderful experience at Bowls. The spicy red sauce had a nice kick, which was a delightful surprise since it wasn't bland like at many other places. However, I was let down by the Large Chips and Large Guacamole. The chips were too salty, and the guacamole tasted a bit off, likely because of the seasoning. I hope this was just a one-time issue.
