I am disappointed about how less they give in proportion now. They used to give decent amounts of their food and used to fill the bowl but now they don't.
The food and service were great, but the downside was that it was really hot inside, as if the air conditioning wasn't working. Given the heat in Arizona, it was uncomfortable, so we ended up eating in our car.
When we approached the counter, we waited what felt like 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the two employees who were busy chatting about something unrelated to their work. There was no indication that someone was coming to help us, and when one of them finally did, he didn’t offer an apology or even a greeting. The female cashier also seemed disengaged, staring blankly ahead while we waited for our food. Although the food itself was decent, the meat was quite dry. This place definitely needs to improve its training process. I didn’t see anyone who appeared to be in a managerial role, and several customers looked frustrated at the long wait times. While I understand that hiring can be challenging these days, having a leader present is crucial. Unfortunately, no one here seemed to care about their responsibilities. I don't intend to return to this location in the future.
I've had a disappointing experience the last three times I've visited this restaurant. I'm considering trying a different location if I decide to return. The workers at the Desert Ridge location seem very young and are quite slow, showing little concern for the service. The tables were dirty, and twice I received salads without dressing. The tacos were soggy because the mild salsa and black beans weren't drained, and they fell apart within five minutes of getting home. When I approached the register, the staff were chatting amongst themselves and completely ignored me. I had to say hello and ask if anyone could take my payment.
The Steak Burrito was quite delicious, though it had a slightly gritty texture. Overall, it was pretty good. However, I felt that $17 for a burrito and a drink was a bit pricey.

I had a wonderful experience at Bowls. The spicy red sauce had a nice kick, which was a delightful surprise since it wasn't bland like at many other places. However, I was let down by the Large Chips and Large Guacamole. The chips were too salty, and the guacamole tasted a bit off, likely because of the seasoning. I hope this was just a one-time issue.
The tortillas were extremely hard and the main component of the meal, the chicken, was missing!
My kids really enjoy Chipotle, and I often order from there. However, I've consistently had issues with the kids' meals. They frequently forget the drinks or chips, and today, they even left out the cheese quesadilla from my child's meal. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this location.
