There was no indication that someone was coming to help us, and when one of them finally did, he didn’t offer an apology or even a greeting. The female cashier also seemed disengaged, staring blankly ahead while we waited for our food. Although the food itself was decent, the meat was quite dry. This place definitely needs to improve its training process. I didn’t see anyone who appeared to be in a managerial role, and several customers looked frustrated at the long wait times. While I understand that hiring can be challenging these days, having a leader present is crucial. Unfortunately, no one here seemed to care about their responsibilities. I don't intend to return to this location in the future.

The wo... read more I've had a disappointing experience the last three times I've visited this restaurant. I'm considering trying a different location if I decide to return. The workers at the Desert Ridge location seem very young and are quite slow, showing little concern for the service. The tables were dirty, and twice I received salads without dressing. The tacos were soggy because the mild salsa and black beans weren't drained, and they fell apart within five minutes of getting home. When I approached the register, the staff were chatting amongst themselves and completely ignored me. I had to say hello and ask if anyone could take my payment.
