The seating is comfortable. There is plenty of space to move about. I can recommend Fillos.

We chose this place for its location and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise, the lamb and the mussels are a must. Their selection of Canberra region wine and the knowledge of the waiter on the wine selection was remarkable. Reasonable price and super service. I went there three times in my short visit to Canberra.

It needed a decent jus or sauce. Mrs Gumby had the soup and the salted cod. She liked the salted cod but was not so keen on the soup.The ambience was spoilt by the indifferent greeting we got on arrival but I have to say that the person who appeared to be the restaurant manager was very friendly and welcoming.Perhaps they had an off day. Would the Gumbys return? Maybe.
