I’m so disappointed that I felt compelled to le... read more We have been loyal fans of Mings for over six years, but I’m not sure what happened during our visit last night. I’m so disappointed that I felt compelled to leave a review, in case they have changed chefs or others have had a similar experience. The dishes were nothing like we remembered. The Singapore noodles were dry, and the Mongolian lamb seemed to be reheated—it was so rubbery that I couldn’t even eat it. The rice was not enjoyable either. Ming's, if you have indeed changed chefs, please reconsider that decision or make some adjustments. While it's a bit pricey, we have always been willing to pay for the amazing food. I really hope this doesn’t mark the end of our relationship with Ming’s. **Food: 1 | Service: 4**
