What Fermin Koch doesn't like about Mr Bun:
Good value. Uses wide bowl and just to make it look big portion. Cheaper than city ramen places.
Can be a quite pack place for lunch. Tastes like self made noodle. Worth the buck. View all feedback. What Flo Stracke likes about Mr Bun:
If you want Chinese food, unlike Australian Chinese food, especially noodles, you can dive into Mr Bun. The small food serves a variety of noodles that are generally not available in other Chinese restaurants. This is because the others serve what many Australians think is Chinese food. Seriously, Mongolian lamb? Satay beef? Lemon chicken? Even fried rice bears little similarity to what Chinese are used. View all feedback.

read moreIn Perth, there is a hidden gem that offers authentic Chinese noodles and beef dishes that are hard to find elsewhere. Mr. Bun may not look like much from the outside, but the food inside is worth trying. Customers rave about the generous portions and quick service, with the beef noodles being a standout dish. The sour beef noodle soup is a fan favorite, with tender beef and flavorful noodles. While some find the prices a bit steep for certain items, the overall value for money is excellent. The menu is simple yet offers a variety of unique noodle dishes that are not commonly found in Australian Chinese restaurants. For those looking for a true taste of Chinese cuisine, Mr. Bun is a must-visit spot in Perth.
