I do not understand why all the good reviews...over priced and stale rolls. Go to Melbourne...Footscray or Smith Street at N Lee if you want a real Ba Minh at a reasonable price. $12 for a roast crackling roll! What a rip off View all feedback.

We discovered this hidden gem while staying at a nearby hotel and it was definitely a pleasant surprise. Upon entering, we were greeted by a cheerful man behind the counter who provided an extensive selection of Vietnamese dishes along with recommendations for their popular items. We ended up choosing the chicken salad (I believe it was hoisin chicken) which was refreshing, light, and ideal for a warm day. The prices were quite fair given the portion sizes and the quality of the food. I would definitely recommend supporting this establishment if you are in the area and unsure of what to eat!
