Vegan Chicken Banh Mi $11.50 (vegan chicken, cucumber, pickled carrot daikon, coriander and fresh chilli, in a fresh crusty Vietnamese roll Vegan Chicken Noodle Salad $19 (vegan chicken, bean sprouts, salad, fresh chilli, coriander, mint, rice noodles, vegan nuoc mam Vegan Chicken Rice $19, served with salad, pickled veg and vegan nuoc mam. All of these dishes were fantastic but my favourite has to be the noodle salad, which is surprising because I’m not usually a salad person! But the noodles combined with crunchy veg, tasty chicken, lots of fresh herbs and the incredibly tasty nuoc mam sauce was just perfection
