I hosted a very special family event there for the first time, instead of at home, so I was understandably nervous about how everything would turn out. Right from the start, Paula took my reservation, listened attentively, and made notes to ensure we had a wonderful evening. The service was outstanding throughout the night, even though the restaurant was bustling with guests! They even printed our special event on the menu, and the dessert was tailored to celebrate the occasion. The food was exceptional, with beautifully presented courses that flowed seamlessly, surpassing our expectations and providing far more than we could finish. We chose the ‘Journey through Peru’ menu, which delighted and satisfied everyone's palate. The drinks were equally impressive. Uma is a hidden gem that everyone should know about, offering excellent service, fantastic food, and a lovely atmosphere for any celebration. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, from the booking team and table service to the chef and kitchen, for making our event so memorable and enjoyable!

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, though the seating arrangement could be improved. The food was absolutely outstanding. Each dish was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with amazing flavors and cooked to perfection. I can’t wait to dine here again in the future!

The produce was beautiful and expertly handled, resulting in incredibly delicious flavors from Peru. Gustavo provided us with excellent service, and we will definitely return. The Journey Menu offered us a wonderful introduction to the flavors, and now we’re excited to try ordering from the à la carte menu.
