By ten to five were to buy a takeaway ice cream. the spatialities do not close, but nevertheless the staff could not be served and told us that they were alread... read more By ten to five were to buy a takeaway ice cream. the spatialities do not close, but nevertheless the staff could not be served and told us that they were already closed, although the people were sitting there. we are often encouraged to support...small businesses, but if they behave like this, it will encourage them to visit chain cafés that provide reliable opening times and service. disappointed and will not disturb to come back. there are many other places to spend their money.

Aft... read more Shocking customer service!! Visited yesterday with a friend who’s a regular. Just one other customer in. Ordered a skinny latte and cappuccino plus a scone. After sips of my cappuccino I realised it tasted strange like the milk was off. My friend said her...latte was the same so she went and politely told the lady who’d served us. She seemed unconcerned and asked two other people if theirs were ok. She said the milk had only just been opened so it was fine. No apology! No offer to make us replacement drinks!! Nothing!! We didn’t drink the coffees as we weren’t risking being ill so we left. My friend messaged the owner to share our disappointing experience and said she wouldn’t rush back. The owner’s indifferent response insinuated we were making it up …. she’d had a coffee with the same milk and it was fine oh and my friends choice If she didn’t rush back!! Absolutely unbelievable … not what we expected! Will not return.
