Was Victoria at Al Pacino a mag?
New to the area and have tried some of the other takeaway but they missed the mark to be honest so we gave Al Pacinos a go. I have to say i prefered this one the most. We had a really lovely grilled lamb and chicken pitta kebab and a garlic bread. It was freshly cooked, really tasty with good amount of filling in the kebab. The guys are friendly and the food is ready quick. It's a great takeaway. Give it a go you won'... View all feedback.
What Rachel S dislikes about Al Pacino:
Would not even bother going to here ordered takeaway they went to the wrong address so a kind lady rang me and brought me the food which was cold and I was missing a pizza rang the restaurant and they were very rude with me on the phone because I asked for a full refund because the food went to wrong house and the food was cold View all feedback.

Al Pacino's was once a beloved local restaurant serving pizza, burgers, and kebabs. I have been a resident of Colne my whole life and remember when it first opened some twenty years ago. The service and food used to be consistently good, even on busy nights. However, it seems that the ownership may have changed silently, now trying to coast on the reputation built by the previous owners. Unfortunately, my recent takeaway experience was extremely disappointing. The garlic naan bread was as hard as a brick, and the free garlic pizza was an unusual yellowish-green color that I had never seen before. I ordered a Mexican pizza with extra toppings, but only received the additional toppings - the default toppings were missing. To make matters worse, the food was tasteless and inedible. I had family over, and I was truly embarrassed by the quality of the meal. It felt like I had been scammed out of my hard-earned money in exchange for food that was likely not safe to eat. I sincerely hope that Al Pacino's goes out of business because my experience was that bad. I will never be ordering from them again. It is a sad downfall for what used to be a great local eatery. Additionally, the delivery driver lingered, clearly expecting a tip, suggesting that the entire staff may be looking to take advantage of customers. Fortunately, I did not give in to this pressure.
I visited this restaurant for the first time on July 25th. It will also be my last time here. I ordered a tomato and cheese pizza that was overly greasy and the dough was soggy. I will not be returning, as I would rather go home and have toast instead of paying for the disappointing meal I received.
Avoid like the plague. Would have given a 0 rating if possible. We are new to the area and used, sorry TRIED to use the place for the first time this evening. Just placed an order for delivery with these jokers via Uber Eats. Never again. The takeaway called us when the food was ready, to ask where we were located. Just to get this is perspective we are ONE mile away. You can drive it in 5 mins and even walk it in 20 minutes. Person on the phone had full on argument with my husband about how we were too far away and the food quality would be reduced? What? It’s 5 minutes! Because it’s via Uber Eats of course you have to fart and burp at the same time when there’s a blue moon to get your money back. Obviously they’re happy for us to collect but defeats the object of buying a delivery that’s clearly within a reasonable travel range! We’ve ordered from 4 elephants loads of times, they’re about 15 mins or more away and the food is always boiling. Basically Al Pacino are lazy and can’t be bothered cause they’re busy tonight (due to the match) and fancy pick and choosing their customers. Judging by the reviews they’ll probably be out of business soon. Thank god.
