I have been passed over in the line, had my order completely wrong, or be... read more I have been to this restaurant about twelve times and my order was only correct twice. I have been passed over in the line, had my order completely wrong, or been completely forgotten to wait in the lobby while others are served before me. One day they tried to take my order and laughed so hard into the microphone that I could hear them laughing. I have always loved Dunkin', but these inexperienced workers who are not paying attention need to be stopped. Unfortunately, due to consistently bad to terrible service, I have decided to no longer be a customer here.

Had to... read more Lobby closed due to lack of staff. Drive thru only. Ordered 1/2 dozen donuts...they got it all wrong. We were already out of town and had to turn around. Had to stand in drive thru lane to return and get the roght order. How hard is 6 donuts all yhesame. Staff was put out because we returned to get what we ordered.
