The girl working at the counter was fantastic! She was very cheerful and friendly. The food was also very good.
I have had several bad experiences with Burger Kings in the valley. We were weary the first time we stopped for a Wopper. However, we had the best experience at this location. Service was fast and accurate. The food was fresh and hot. We were through the drive thru within 4 min from the time of order to us receiving the food. Nothing was missing. We have been back several times. Each and every time, the service was exceptional. Thank you for restoring our faith in Burger King.
Just left BK in Payson az, my wife and I bought 2 single whoppers, the buns on top were dry and hard, neither one of us could eat them, 22.00 wasted, what the hell is wrong with the help that they don't catch this things,
Stopped by for our normal whopper on the way home and overheard a very touching dose of humanity on the drive through. An older man was trying to find a healthy option that wouldn't be too costly and was having trouble. The young man working the drivethrough took the time to listen to him and help him find the best option and then kindly applied a coupon to help with the cost. Definently a refreshing exchange to overhear.
Good food. Best crispy chicken sandwich ever, burgers and breakfast croissants always good. Average drive in atmosphere, but always clean.
