The service varies from place to place. Unfortunately, some stores are short of enoughhelp to be as efficient as others, but the basics remain the same each place.

Not sure what I or anyone els... read more Not sure if she was just in a super bad mood or angry with the whole world but the assistant manager was very rude and kinda mean. Not sure what I or anyone else did to her but very much unacceptable. Definitely a management problem and I truly, trulyfeel bad for the employees that must deal with her on a daily basis.

I said t... read more Ordered at the kiosk and placed the tent at our table and waited for our order. After several minutes someone comes out and yells out our order number. I said that was us and that the kiosk said to place tent at table and relax, She rudely replied wedon't have time for that. Then put a sign at the kiosk to let people know. No reason to be rude.

I have never had any of their... read more Floor hadn't been mopped in a while. Not at all busy so no idea why they couldn't clean it up. Restroom needed attention as well. I have never had any of their McCafe lates before. I can honestly say it was the worst tasting drink I've ever had!! Theflavoring is so over done and chemical tasting we could not hardly drink it. It actually tasted alcoholic with how much was init. Other than all that, it was typical for McDonald's.

Thought it strange- how could this be? Took another bite- almost vomited. Spit it out and went hungry. What could thishave been? Sure didn't expect this from a food service provider.
