The store was large and clean, but the displays were lacking products. Dunkin has some fun merchandise, but unfortunately they were out of many items.

Despite there being only three customers in the drive-thru on a Sunday morning, they still couldn't get an order right. They tell you to order when ready, but then ignore you when you try to do so. When you ask for clarification, they respond rudely. I had to repeat my order multiple times, only for them to still mess it up. When I tried to go inside to address the issue, the door was locked and despite knocking, they ignored me. The employees seemed more concerned with their appearance, with one wearing a beanie over his headset, making it difficult for him to hear customers. This was not my first negative experience at this location with the same staff.
