I requested some complimentary donuts... read more I placed an online order and was informed it was not available when I arrived, after waiting in line for over 10 minutes. I requested some complimentary donuts for the inconvenience and wait, as well as a refund, but both requests were denied. The staff did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience and said they could not process my refund because they were busy. Fortunately, a kind man working there was able to process the refund for me. Krispy Kreme should improve their communication with their locations to avoid customers ordering items that are not available.

The first time, the donuts were good but poorly packaged and ended up getting squished in the bag. During my second visit a few weeks ago, I asked for the pumpkin coffee that was being advertised, only to be told that they didn't have it yet. I settled for a pumpkin donut, which also arrived in a squished condition. This morning, I decided to give the pumpkin coffee another try, but once again, they claimed to not have it available. When I inquired about when it would be available, the employee seemed unsure. Overall, my experiences at this place have been quite disappointing.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up, but the staff informed me that they had run out of my order without notifying me beforehand. This was frustrating, especially considering the location was 20 minutes away from my home. To make matters worse, the staff member who attended me seemed clueless about the order, even though he had printed it in front of me. When I requested a refund, he said he couldn't issue it because he didn't know how to refund an online order and that I would have to wait for a manager to do it the next day. Additionally, when I arrived, there was no one at the counter, so I had to wait for someone to assist me.

I was a little disappointed with some of the more adventurous flavors (sea salt caramel and cheesecake) being that the one was actually salty- not in a good way- with verylittle filling in either, and too-dry consistency. I?ll go back to my old favorites next time (raspberry and Boston crème).Still, attentive staff and pristine shop environment make this a pleasing donut-enthusiast experience.

So this trip I got my dozen because I also love blueberry muffins/ donuts I purchased 2 blueberry glazed cakes. AWESOME. So now Ihave 2 favorites
