The staff very friendly and professional.UpdateThe donuts are still fantastic. I think they surpass dunkin, which has been my favorite since the 60s. That being said dunkin coffee is still the best. Stop by for great donuts, get a hat and pick up some donuts for your doggy.

I requested some complimentary donuts... read more I placed an online order and was informed it was not available when I arrived, after waiting in line for over 10 minutes. I requested some complimentary donuts for the inconvenience and wait, as well as a refund, but both requests were denied. The staff did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience and said they could not process my refund because they were busy. Fortunately, a kind man working there was able to process the refund for me. Krispy Kreme should improve their communication with their locations to avoid customers ordering items that are not available.
