The branding throughout was charm... read more I recently visited Gregorys Coffee for the first time, and I was impressed by the ambiance and overall aesthetic of the place. The branding throughout was charming and engaging. My group decided to order seven different drinks to sample a variety, and Boris provided excellent and prompt service. The Fall Oat Boy drink was particularly impressive. I'm definitely looking forward to returning to try some of the food, as it seems like a fantastic spot for working or reading.

However, I believe having more square tables would improve the functionality when it comes to food space. On the plus side, the drink I ordered was fantastic! I chose a spring special, which had a wonderful blend of flavors, and the edible flower petals on top added a lovely touch to the presentation. My friend ordered a vanilla latte, which she described as pleasantly average. I tried the spicy avocado toast, and it definitely lived up to its name! My friend opted for a breakfast sandwich, but we found it to be quite small for a single serving. I would recommend expanding the hot food menu for more variety. One thing to keep in mind is that this place is quite pricey, so offering more affordable options would be appreciated.

They also have many vegan options that all taste superb. Have gone to many other locations ands I hope they keep opening more! Gregory’s is THE BEST COFFEE SHOP out there!Vegetarian options: Fully vegan options! Clearly labeled.

Morning service is not great. Each is experience is with staff that is either aloof or a bit of an attitude. My chipper greeting doesn't help. This staff needs to drink their own supply.
