A fun step back in time to classic counter service burgers and hotdogs! I visited with a group a few weeks ago and called ahead they were ready for us and moved through our group quickly and with excellent service. The managers were both wonderful to work with and it was an encouragement to see the on duty manager working right alongside his staff to serve us. Plus they have them best onion rings ever! And my friends love their crunchy, vinegary pickles! Check them out and support this classic
Amazing food for a good price. Nice and cozy . Family oriented and very nice staff. The cleaning lady was what made it cozy, her smile and hospitality.
Before there were McDonalds and Burger Kings and Shake Shacks on every corner, this Jersey burger spot has been serving burgers to Bergen county residents for decades. Its cozy, its quiet, the food's good. Lots of options aside from burgers too, hot dogs, pizza, fries chicken. It's a good spot, it's not fancy, it's not epic, but its reliably good.
Great place as always! Prices went up ALOT! 8$ for a quick burger is kinda pricey being they still use the same small patty’s as most classic hotdog, hamburger places. Some things have changed from the past, I ordered fries with Texas sauce, the sauce came in a cup on the side. The hotdog all the way was still as amazing as always!
This restaurant is always a great place to visit! However, the prices have increased significantly. Paying $8 for a quick burger is reasonable, especially since they still use the same small patties found in traditional hotdog and hamburger joints. Some things have changed, though. When I ordered fries with Texas sauce, the sauce came on the side in a cup. Despite the changes, the hotdog was just as delicious as always.
