Chopt Creative Salad Co - Paramus

First, google maps has it in the wrong location, it is outside the mall next to Land’s end and across the parking lot from Ulta. Cute salad/wrap place. Not a lot of choices of drinks but they has Spindthrift club soda which I liked but when my friend wanted a Diet Coke they didn’t have any cold. Besides that, I enjoyed my salad and my friend enjoyed her wrap.

Who’s in charge of this place?!?! I don’t usually write reviews but that’s how bad the salad was. I paid $18 for a salad that I couldn’t even eat. The the lettuce was brown and wilted, tomatoes were chopped sloppily, and the rest of ingredients looked like they were prepared by someone who hates their job. All old ingredients tossed in old tasting dressing. Not to mention there was FRUIT FLIES coming out of the container when I opened it. Unbelievable!! This was supposed to be a good salad place and now it’s an X on my list. You’re better off making your own salad!!!!

Not coming back! I always order curbside here and the past three times they have not put the avocado in I paid extra for and I wait and wait and wait and they never come out to bring my order so I have to get my two toddlers and dog out of the car and go in and pick it

I wanted to like this place, but after two visits I can’t do this anymore. Wilted greens not even chopped into easy to eat pieces. The dressing didn’t do it any favor and the taste was still so bland.Vegetarian options: You can build your own salad, but it will likely be disappointing.

My favorite chain salad bar. How I would describe their ingredients: healthy, high quality, fresh Super friendly staff that know how to manage the flow of the busy lunch rush. I love how the big the portions of the salads are and they don't cheap out with adding the fix-ins. The place is super clean and the staff will always remake your salad if your order goes wrong. great quick casual lunch/dinner spot
