I visited the restaurant's drive-thru and ordered a steak and cheese burrito. I was asked to pull forward and wait for a few minutes as they were preparing the steak. After waiting for about 10 minutes, my order was finally ready. However, when I got home and tried the burrito, I found that it was cold and seemed like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator. The steak was not warm enough to melt the cheese.
Pamela is an excellent staff member. She always has a smile and provides great service.
Please shut down and renovate the restaurant. If you can't even make a double burger properly, I have no interest in fast food.
