Best steak in the Spartanburg area. Parking: This steakhouse draws a big crowd. Sometimes, parking on the adjacent grass field is required.

We had an amazing meal last night at Phil's. Great food and great service. My husband got the crab cakes and I will be getting them next time. The sirloin tips are always amazing.

Very good steak. Wonderful service. Very popular place. We did have a 30 min wait but well worth it. About half the seating is outside but lots of fans. Parking: Parking is tight, we ended up parking in grassy lot beside the restaurant.
