What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
Everything was fine until I went to pick up my order. I was told that it was ready, but when I arrived, they said they had just started preparing it. After 25 minutes, I was given the wrong order and my original order had been ready the whole time. The young staff member did not listen to me and I did not receive good service. The employees at this restaurant do not seem to care about the quality of their work. My pizza looked like it had been mishandled and for the price, I would prefer to drive to Little Caesars in Cedar Springs where I can get 2 or 3 pizzas for the same price as 1 at Papa John's. The service was average, with a rating of 2 out of 5. The atmosphere was decent, with a rating of 3 out of 5. Overall, the meal was a takeout dinner costing $20-30 per person, with food quality rated at 3 out of 5.
