I had a fantastic breakfast experience with takeout. The food was excellent, earning a perfect 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, also rated a 5. Used to be a good place to go eat in Pacolet. Now they can’t change the oil properly, can’t clean properly, and just don’t care about their customers anymore. The fried chicken always tastes burnt because they’re too cheap to order fresh oil. Has been an issue consistently far too long now. Just shut down the location. You suck. I visited the restaurant's drive-thru and ordered a steak and cheese burrito. I was asked to pull forward and wait for a few minutes as they were preparing the steak. After waiting for about 10 minutes, my order was finally ready. However, when I got home and tried the burrito, I found that it was cold and seemed like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator. The steak was not warm enough to melt the cheese.
Pamela is an excellent staff member. She always has a smile and provides great service.
Please shut down and renovate the restaurant. If you can't even make a double burger properly, I have no interest in fast food.
