T... read more Used to be a good place to go eat in Pacolet. Now they can’t change the oil properly, can’t clean properly, and just don’t care about their customers anymore. The fried chicken always tastes burnt because they’re too cheap to order fresh oil. Has been an issue consistently far too long now. Just shut down the location. You suck. As seen in the picture, the breading hasn’t even been cooked enough, so it shouldn’t taste burnt the way it does. Service: Takeaway

This time I went ins... read more Ordering ahead is a waste of time EVERYTIME! The order is never ready or there’s some mistake when I go thru the drive thru in the morning. This time I went inside to pick up my order and the service was so slow I forgot it’s supposed to be fast food. The only person moving fast was the lady who was making the orders. My order was sitting there so long the food was cold by the time I got to eat it and I was almost late getting to work. The lady wearing the mask needs more pep in her step or they need more help!
