What User likes about The Whalesbone Elgin Street:
This restaurant is awesome and very welcoming. We were seated quickly in the peaceful outdoor terrace without needing a reservation. Our drinks came promptly, followed closely by our food order. The oysters were tasty, especially with the variety of sauces available. I even tried the Scotch bonnet sauce! The burger and truffle fries were also delicious. Recently tried out Whalesbone with my family, and found the overall experience underwhelming. We ordered a wide variety of appetizers and mains, and throughout, there were more misses than hits. Two of the biggest disappointments were the oysters and the lobster spaghetti. A variety of other dishes had some positive features, but were more above average than really good.
