Every visit leads to a new discovery.First time amazing smoked duck, second time out of this world piglet shank, third time smoked braised beef. Every visit exceeds expectation. Food is prepared fresh while you wait a little while in a pleasant environment.It is obvious when food is prepared with love by the chef Etienne.All this food on bread sandwiches prepared in house. the meat is food business quality, nothing special. see the following commentary and encourage the owner to try black meat sold in the shops. at a price point of a best sandwich in new york I would like to skip the next time and buy my meat at a metzger. the load in the inner is a little bizarre half empty regale with random products to ridiculous trips. When they watched diners drive-ins and dives, they might have been looking forward to a dining room. unfortunately it is now a load attached to the take-out. I actually ordered curbside how that's all I saw. a fried chicken shell and a brisket shell....The brisket bowl has two delicious brisket slices, yes only two! the tasty **** drowned in maple syrup, I think was about 3 ounces of protein. both bowls were supplemented by abundant amounts of cole Slav, brussel sprouts, kale and minikartoffeln all coated in a splashy sauce that none of us enjoyed. we finished pitching the Veggie Colik. Maybe it's a question of taste, maybe we would have tried the sandwich version and there would be more protein and less filler? I don't like the three-star rating as I'm the only one. but that was our impression. faster friendly service by the owners.
