We have never been disappointed and have always walked out feeling satisfied with every aspect of the night. I like highly recommend Stofa to anyone.

Thank you so much for a memorable evening!We enjoyed fabulous cocktails and mocktails to start and each menu item was thoughtfully presented and delicious. The focaccia and duck butter is outstanding. Can we have some to go please?! We appreciated the choices offered with the tasting menu. While the menu changes periodically, highlights for our party of 5 were: the Squid, Scallops, Bison Cheeks and for seafood pasta lovers, the lobster was over the moon!Shane, the Sommelier, shared his in-depth knowledge of the wines that perfectly paired with each dish. We were surprised and delighted by the choices including some excellent Ontario wineries. Overall, the wine pairings elevated our dining experience.Amazing evening, we will be back….. thanks again!

The food! 5 courses (w/o matching wines and we were stuffed in the perfect way, which made it well worth the price. plenty of choice (and the two or three surpr... read more The food! 5 courses (w/o matching wines and we were stuffed in the perfect way, which made it well worth the price. plenty of choice (and the two or three surprises that you do not choose were also delicious . server was helpful and friendly and just great overall. you can get a real variety of stuff in one meal. no 'bad notes ' as everything we ate matched really well, and made for a great meal overall. nice pace you are not rushed along. well seasoned, too; sometimes i find restaurants (even 'nicer ' ones just dump salt on things and here they relied on cooking technique (i.e. time and skill and practice! and ingredients instead of doing that. they inquired about allergies too when we ordered the tasting menu. access notes: the seating space is on the main level, up a short flight of steps with a railing and a lip at the door. the seats are roomy with either no (in booths arms or soft wide sides (not hard wooden arms and move. the washrooms are up a steep flight of stairs (like in an older home .Dietary restrictions: inquire ahead (they asked when we ordered, but i am sure it helps Kid friendliness: seems kids are welcome, probably good to let them know ahead for food prep purposes.Wheelchair accessibility: the restaurant is up a front wooden deck style set of stairs, i didn 't see how a wheelchair user could get in. once indoors it is pretty roomy and the chairs could be movede out of the way but the washroom is upstairs.

The three-course meal was served at the perfect pace, allowing us to chat and digest between courses. The drinks were fantastic and the food was delicious. As a special gesture, they gave us an anniversary card at the end of our meal, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this restaurant. 10/10.
