What User likes about Phuket Royal:
I can't say it was the best Thai food I've ever had, but it was pretty good. Chicken Pad Thai was a little on the bland side, almost "ketchup-y" tasting, but still quite enjoyable. The serving size... ENORMOUS. Had we known, we would have ordered only 1 main dish to share + an extra appetizer. Chicken panang was good, so was sticky rice. I did not enjoy shrimp summer rolls, however - absolutely tasteless except for a... View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Phuket Royal:
This restaurant was great. Ambiance was nice, well decorated, and the food was delicious! It was also reasonably priced. Only thing was that the server seemed pretty overwhelmed though it wasn't busy. This didn't hurt the overall experience though. They had Vietnamese, Thai, and more. We will definitely be back! :) View all feedback.

read moreA new addition to Ottawa's dining scene, Phuket Royal offers a variety of Thai dishes with generous portion sizes at reasonable prices. Customers have enjoyed flavorful dishes such as red curry shrimp and pad thai, as well as delicious BBQ Duck Curry. Some have noted minor flaws, like bland Pad Thai or slightly dry sticky rice. Overall, the service has been friendly and efficient. While the decor may not be impressive and some dishes could use more flavor, the quality of ingredients and value for money at Phuket Royal make it a solid choice for Thai cuisine in Ottawa.
