House Of Mandi - Ottawa

What a meal! The first time we pay an invoice in a restaurant and there was no doubt about the service we have? ve got! Hospitality level of charts and the place feels like home. So authentic. In any case it is worth seeing again!

It was the first time I brought my children to Ottawa and as we were searching for a restaurant with familiar food to our taste we came across this one. We had 2 plates of an Arab dish called ?kabsah? which you could tell was thoroughly made and thought out. Later on we had gotten desert which was made with bananas Aland what tasted like honey along with cheese and some sort of white sauce. It was incredibly good and a perfect desert . Im very thankful that I came across this place and ate here with my wife and children, would definitely recommend! ? Thank you to AbdulAziz who was amazing

The food tasted super delicious. I loved their samosa, lentil soup was out of this world and chicken rice meal was also very delicious. Service was warm and friendly. I highly recommend

Crazy delicious authentic arabian food with an exceptional hospitality post pandemic. The interior design is gorgeous, I?m not much fan of green colour but the pistachio green on the dark grey made the place look warm and cozy with a touch of elegance throughout the luxurious lighting. The food was served in original silver plate with clean silverware . We ordered the Mandi Lamb rice, epic! The lamb was so tender and tasty. The quantities were very generous. The young ones ordered their hamburgers , they were juicy and delicious. Our host, the restaurant owner treated us as family. Then a sweet young lady, Huda was there to make sure everything was to our taste. They went above and beyond. They even treated us for a dish to taste, kabsae, which will certainly order next time. Highly recommend it to support a local restaurant who provides a great experience!

Stopped here for lunch on a trip to Ottawa with friends. The location is good with ample parking space. The restaurant layout is spacious, but not too large. We ordered the Mandi Lamb and Kansa Chicken for four hungry people to share. The size of the food was enough to even have leftovers. The flavour of the lamb was exceptional, tender and succulent. The chicken was delicious, with crispy skin on and tender meat! The mandi rice was probably the best I?ve tasted in Canada. The Kabsa rice was also fantastic. The entire meal was amazing and I?m very pleased with this restaurant. Out waiter was very courteous, prompt, and pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant! You can?t possible be disappointed!
