The service was exceptional! The food was delicious and the staff were sincere and polite, especially Keyur, Bansal, Kshama, Kenil, and Harpreet! Thank you Brijesh for providing the best service in town.

I now understand why this place has such poor customer service reviews. The staff has no idea how to communicate with customers. I am a big fan of Mucho Burrito, but I had a terrible experience. The employee working on July 10th, Sunday night really needs to improve their customer service skills. I wish I could give a negative rating for the service. The owner should monitor how their employees behave towards customers. I do not recommend visiting this restaurant. You have lost a customer today.

I had an amazing experience at Bansal restaurant. The staff is always pleasant and serves with a smile. I appreciate the great service and will definitely be returning regularly. It's always a wonderful experience when Bansal is working.

Would not recommend. zero customer service. they like to do the whole order within 10 seconds, even it looks as if it were so badly hurt to put just a lil amount of budget. will never go there.

First time I went there was amazing, the mucho burrito I ordered was huge! Since I live so close to it and walk past it everyday I thought I found a spot to have dinner at every now and then. But then today I ordered the SAME thing and it was SO small, it was very disappointing, it made me upset because the same amount I paid for the huge burrito I also paid for the tiny burrito. Will probably never go back there again. Ps: The service was great from the two guys that worked there, but the girl who took my order was very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience for her. I went there May 20th around 8pm-8:30pm.
