Mon fiancé et moi avons pris la grande assiette pour deux personnes. Il en avait suffisamment et à très bon prix. Il n'y a pas d'ustensiles, nous devons manger avec les mains directement. This restaurant used to be one of our favourite restaurants in Ottawa. Not sure if the ownership has changed or chefs, but the food is definitely not what it used to be. The service was super slow - we sat for at least 15 mins before being asked about drink orders, and then it took another 10 mins for water and pops to arrive. Been going to Horn of Africa since 1999. Moved away so now, when I visit, it's a great treat. Foods still consistently amazing!!
