What User doesn't like about Burrito Gringo:
A Burrito bowl purchased with a friend at this particular place and the quality of the food was subpar if you compare with the other branches (Merivale and Bronson). The whole vegetables were soggy and seemed to have left out for a while. The second time I tried to make an order online, they waited 15 minutes before they finally rejected my order. Never again View all feedback. What User likes about Burrito Gringo:
This location is in the food fair at the mall. I walked around and looked at all the options. I kept going back to Burrito Gringo. It was later on a Friday evening. I finally decided to try it. The staff was really friendly and the food was hot, fresh, and well prepared. I had a small burrito and couldn't finish it. It was huge. I'm not from Ottawa which is too bad otherwise I'd go more often! Give it a try. View all feedback.

Was around Little Italy on a day when just about everything around seemed closed as it was a day after New Years Day.

read moreThis Mexican restaurant in Ottawa has received mixed reviews. While some customers were satisfied with the delicious food, generous portions, and friendly service, others complained about soggy veggies and slow response times for online orders. The restaurant is compared to popular chains like Quesada and Chipotle, offering a satisfying meal at a slightly higher price. Despite some negative experiences, many patrons appreciate the variety of toppings and the spacious, uncrowded atmosphere. Overall, the restaurant seems to have its ups and downs, but remains a popular choice for Mexican cuisine in Ottawa.
