A&W Restaurant - Ottawa

After a few visits in 2021, I have been pleased with the service and the quality of the hamburger combo. The flavor and cooking time have improved compared to my previous experiences. Previously, there were issues with cold patties, stale taste, and greasiness, but now these problems seem to have been resolved. The fries and drinks are also of good quality.

The food is served on paper plates. I couldn't get my egg cooked the way I wanted. The employees were rude and the tables, windows, and other areas were dirty. I'm happy we just passed through. The only positive was that the food was cooked correctly and the toast wasn't burned.

Eggs are not cracked until you order them. You can get a plate of eggs, fried potatoes, and sausage for just a few cents more than a McMuffin. They also offer freshly made McMuffins. It's a good place to relax and read the newspaper or use your smartphone while enjoying your meal.

The decor is simple, the personal friendly, and eating is above average for a fast food place. all the burgers are good, but I have a soft spot for the cucumber because of the juicy tweepers. but a and w is also an excellent place...for breakfast, a properly prepared serving of eggs, speck and hot butter toast is excellent worth, and the coffee is fresh and good. and they'll put it on their table when it's done. I have a quibble. the pancakes were once excellent – until they started the frozen species. that I can do home. there is a newer a and w near stittsville. but the service was very slow at my last two visits and the restaurant itself was ice cold. this canata you get the regular — always a good sign.

Attended this restaurant off Terry Fox Drive. Normally go to the A&W in Stittsville but this one is good to visit from time to time. This trip lunch was hot and served quicky and tasty. It can be a hit and miss sometimes though but...this stop was very good indeed.
