Ordered online at 7:59, and it said my order would be ready at 8;18 minutes, when I got there at 8:19 they said there was a wait on the chicken of 15 minutes. Why do you take the order in advance then wait until I show up to start cooking the chicken? Ireceived my order at 8:46, 47 minutes after I ordered it. When I got home, I realized they had given KFC sauce for my tenderswhen I specified BBQ and honey mustard, and they also didn't give me my 1/2 gallon of lemonade I ordered. Overall terribleexperience, I expected more after spending over $50 on a single order. Do better
This location is amazing the food was so fresh and good and the manager Joe was really helpful. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be visiting this location again the employees are nice and on top of things.
Got my order wrong. When I got home I called to inform them about it.... manager insulted me and refused to give her name before hanging up on me. Will not visit again. Its a real shame, back in 2010 the management was on point, respectful and ajoy to interact with. Obviously this is managed by someone else now that could not be bothered to care.
KFC isn?t fast food. It should called slow food. Underpaid people doing inefficient work.
Food was great! Delicious and fresh and full of flavor. Joe, the manager at the drive through window had a pleasant attitude(considering I don't think I've ever seen him NOT at work when I go) and can always manage to make me laugh with a jokeI haven't heard before. Bomb food AND a show?? I think yes.

I am very disappointed with the larger fish sandwich. The advertisement claims it weighs a quarter pound, but I took pictures showing that the fish is half the size of the bun. I brought it home and weighed it; a quarter pound should be 4 ounces, but the fish patty with the sauce was only 1.25 ounces. Including the bun and toppings, the total weight was just 3.99 ounces, and they charge $7 for it. If I could share pictures, I would.
Showed up in the drive through 40 minutes before closing and the chicken place said chicken machine broke come back later and I 'm just a little confused as to why a chicken store has no chicken. Also, lady had such a hard accent and could not understand what she was
All of the tables were dirty. The floor was sticky from spilled soda. Didn't get the sauce I asked for. The chicken was poorly made and cold. Mac and Cheese was cold. The fries were cold. Chicken nuggets were clumped together in some weird blob. Only one register worked. Biscuits were dry and stale. Would not recommend.
We stopped to get the new Big fish sandwich. It says in the sign 1/4 lb it was so small I took it home and weighed it with sauce on it it weighed 1.3 Oz. The whole sandwich with the bun didn't weigh 1/4 lb. You could not see the fish outside of the bun as their advertisement pic shows. The fish barely filled half of the bun, and they charged 6.99. The fish was low, low quality, and overcooked. Very disappointing and definitely false advertisement!

This said it was supposed to come with gravy and there was no gravy in the bag. I was disappointed because we really were looking forward to mashed potatoes with gravy...
The KFC manager told me that someone else took my order and that I have to contact support (a timely process) in order for them to make me another sandwich so they dont lose profit. They did not handle the situation well.
I ordered a $9 box of fries, but it was only half full. I received 7 biscuits without any butter or honey, even though I paid for honey sauce. The chicken thighs were unexpectedly small, almost like nuggets, and the chicken nuggets seemed like leftover crumbs from the fryer. Overall, it was a disappointing experience—just really poor quality all around. I ended up spending $70 on what felt like subpar food.
The chicken was enjoyable, but the fries fell short. Even though the seasoning was appealing, the fries were oddly dry. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese had a bitter flavor. While I don't expect flawless southern-style cooking, the bitterness was off-putting enough that I had to discard it.
