W... read more Ordered online at 7:59, and it said my order would be ready at 8;18 minutes, when I got there at 8:19 they said there was a wait on the chicken of 15 minutes. Why do you take the order in advance then wait until I show up to start cooking the chicken? Ireceived my order at 8:46, 47 minutes after I ordered it. When I got home, I realized they had given KFC sauce for my tenderswhen I specified BBQ and honey mustard, and they also didn't give me my 1/2 gallon of lemonade I ordered. Overall terribleexperience, I expected more after spending over $50 on a single order. Do better

When I got home I called to inform them about it.... manager insulted me and refused to give her name before hanging up on me. Will not visit again. Its a real shame, back in 2010 the management was on point, respectful and ajoy to interact with. Obviously this is managed by someone else now that could not be bothered to care.

Joe, the manager at the drive through window had a pleasant attitude(considering I don't think I've ever seen him NOT at work when I go) and can always manage to make me laugh with a jokeI haven't heard before. Bomb food AND a show?? I think yes.
