Reviews - P.f. Chang's
Reviews summary
P.F. Chang's has garnered mixed reviews, highlighting a divide in customer experiences. While some patrons enjoy swift seating and delightful dishes like Kung Pao Shrimp and Mongolian Beef, others report lengthy waits for food and issues with temperature and quality. Complaints include small portion sizes, cold meals, and mismanaged reservations, leading to frustration. However, attentive service and a vibrant ambiance often redeem the dining experience for many. Despite the inconsistencies, loyal customers appreciate the restaurant's reliability and atmosphere, making it a noteworthy option in an area lacking decent Asian cuisine.

They were able to seat us quickly despite having a busy night. It was downhill from there. The vegetables tasted like butane. The spring rolls were half empty. Sauces were watery and imbalanced (too acidic, too sweet, or too salty). They brought out appetizers and entrees at the same time so our table was extremely crowded. A lemonade from the bar took 20-30 minutes to deliver.
We always go to this PF Chang's for consistently good service and food. During our recent visit, they surprised me by remembering my birthday without me having to mention it. The pork pot stickers were as delicious as always, and the Mongolian beef was also tasty, even though my wife thought the scallions were a bit strong. For dessert, I enjoyed a warm chocolate souffle with vanilla ice cream, which was delightful. Our server was attentive and the noise level was a bit lively but worth it for the overall experience. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef are always great! Caesar salad had so much dressing it was like soup. Couldn’t finish it.
The food was great but they would NOT HONOR AN OPEN TABLE RESERVATION, don't do it!

This restaurant has some really good food, and some pretty good service. We had the Mongolian beef and it was delicious. The value of the food seemed appropriate for the quality. There are few things to nitpick though. Firstly, the majority of thebooths are elevated. This would actually be a plus, unless you have a little one that needs a high chair, like we did. His eyeswere level with the table. Second thing, and by far the most egregious is the drinks are 90% ice and 10% beverage. PhotoAttached. It felt really bad to pay 6 dollars for a cup of flavored ice. Lastly, the music was like Asian style dubstep/trapmusic. I actually liked it, but it seemed just a tad strange. Overall 4 Stars and the food is the most important factor.
Super delicious. Truly exquisite experience. Our server Dustin was truly iconic. Try the cucumber sake. Phenomenal. However, the bathrooms need a lot of work. Haha. The drain to the sink wasn't working, very dirty bathrooms.
We came tonight as a party of 8+ to celebrate a baby shower. Devon took great care of us! He had it all under control, topping drinks, prompt appetizers, pleasant to talk to, and intent on making our night special! It was! Thank you, Devon!
P.F. Changs is definitely a place everyone should eat at. The lettuce wraps are amazing and my family will get those everytime we eat there. Everytime we go to a town that has P.F. Changs we will make sure to stop in!

After doing some research, I found several vegan options at this restaurant that do not contain any dairy, meat, or eggs. These items include Thai harvest curry, stir-fried eggplant, Buddha's feast, ma po tofu, wok-seared spinach, and vegetarian lettuce wraps. I tried the Buddha's Feast, which is a dish of steamed vegetables on rice. However, I found it to be quite bland with no seasoning, which some may appreciate but others may find lacking in flavor. I am giving this restaurant two stars only because they do not offer any vegan options. However, I must say that the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. When my friend and I inquired about vegan dishes, they informed us that they currently do not have any fully vegan options due to some minor ingredients in their dishes. I appreciated their honesty and understanding. Hopefully, in the future, the restaurant will consider adding some vegan options to their menu.
