You can l... read more I frequent this restaurant too often. The sofritas are tasty, but I usually opt for the veggie bowl or burrito because the guacamole is complimentary. You can load up on as much food as you want for free, minus the guacamole and meat/sofritas. I've become frustrated because every time I order a burrito, it falls apart due to poor wrapping, so I no longer order it, even though I wish I could.

There was no explanation for why the place was so packed, and I can't believe anyone thought this was an acceptable way to handle our order. I threw all my sides together in frustration, and let’s just say it felt like chaos. I am absolutely furious.

I've had so many problems with this chipotle, which is unfortunate because I was a very loyal chipotle customer. Also, trying to get ahold of them is a nightmare.No one answers the phone, it rang for a solid 5 minutes.

There was a line not super long but long enough that she should have been trying to hustle a little. Clearly just didn’t care anddidn’t want to be there. I thought several times about leaving but there were few other food options on a Sunday. The youngguy working the cashier was quick and so was the prep cook. The food was good and portion was what I expected.

Too bad, if that's the case, the frontof the restaurant I can't imagine what the kitchen will be like, neither Costa Vida nor Cafe Rio are so dirty. I willdefinitely not return to this restaurant label, their prices are a little more expensive and they are supposed to have betterservice, that is why one pays more. Rancheritos is also not that dirty. and I can't imagine how dirty the kitchen is

We waited for awhile for someone to ring us up. Then they had nomore soda cups, or chips. Had to wait again while they went and found some chips. Very disappointed

The sofritas are delicious, but I generally choose the veggie bowl or burrito because the guacamole is complimentary. They do a great job with the extra toppings, although guacamole and meat/sofritas are a bit stingy. I've been somewhat frustrated with this specific location because my burrito tends to fall apart due to inadequate wrapping, which has led me to stop ordering it, even though I would love to.
