I've had so many problems with this chipotle, which is unfortunate because I was a very loyal chipotle customer. Also, trying to get ahold of them is a nightmare.No one answers the phone, it rang for a solid 5 minutes.

There was a line not super long but long... read more Came here last night (Sunday) and the girl serving the food was SO slow. I’m talking absolutely ZERO sense of urgency. There was a line not super long but long enough that she should have been trying to hustle a little. Clearly just didn’t care anddidn’t want to be there. I thought several times about leaving but there were few other food options on a Sunday. The youngguy working the cashier was quick and so was the prep cook. The food was good and portion was what I expected.

Complete dirty table and full trash cans, without chips, or sauces, they did not have the green Tabasco and the red Tabasco only left over from the bottle. Too bad, if that's the case, the frontof the restaurant I can't imagine what the kitchen will be like, neither Costa Vida nor Cafe Rio are so dirty. I willdefinitely not return to this restaurant label, their prices are a little more expensive and they are supposed to have betterservice, that is why one pays more. Rancheritos is also not that dirty. and I can't imagine how dirty the kitchen is

And the experience continued at our table, meat was cold in my burrito and it tasted strange, also I asked for just a little sour cream but he instead gave a true jumboscoop. Won't be returning here or possibly any Chipotle ever.

Took forever to get through ordering and then even longer just waiting to pay. Employees were running around or standing by themobile order kitchen rather than helping at the cash register. We waited for awhile for someone to ring us up. Then they had nomore soda cups, or chips. Had to wait again while they went and found some chips. Very disappointed
