Lees Spice Lounge - Oldham
Lees Spice Lounge
Description
In recent visits, this Indian restaurant has garnered mixed feedback. While many patrons have enjoyed delightful meals and commendable service in the past, recent takeaways have fallen short of expectations. Complaints have highlighted issues like stale poppadoms, underwhelming spicy dishes, and inconsistent quality, with some even tossing their orders. Dine-in experiences have reported flat beverages and slow service, overshadowed by less-than-ideal conditions. Conversely, many still praise the tasty food and attentive staff, particularly the lamb shank and chicken pasanda. Overall, while some customers are excited to return, others are seeking alternatives.

I have tried Indian dishes in other restaurants. This one is one of the best. Despite the fact that the restaurant is not big, the service is of the highest quality. very tasty cuisine and good service. we will be back again!
Lovely meal with friends in a quiet, ambient atmosphere. Service excellent and the food second to none. I had the lamb shank which was absolutely magnificent. My wife had the chicken pasanda which was delicious. A vegetable dopiaza and a chicken tikka for our friends. Really first class sundries and one of the best Indian meals I can recall. Highly recommended.
Staff are so rude if you take in children they watch you and hover around your table where your eating they seem to hate children also food is awful avoid this restaurant at any cost

Best Asian food I've had, and I don't even like Asian food! I can't handle spice at all, and usually brown people say that the food isn't spicy when it completely is! If you don't like spice, get the chicken tikka korma. Thank me later. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
