Honestly I don’t understand how the restaurant is still running. Staff service was terrible and staff was very rude. Before hiring staff they need to see if they have manners first.Customer service was disgusting we ordered 4 usual meals , 2 mojitos , Pepsi and water. Yesterday me and my friend enjoyed a lovely meal at Gourmet. I have been a number of times and everytime I visit the food is spot on! The customer service is amazing every visit. The staff are very attentive and making sure everything was okay. 10/10 for customer service and food! The decor is lovely and the restaurant and tables are very clean. Definitely worth a visit if you are up north/around Oldham area!

They did not only treat us badly but other customers around us. Lots of people complained and left . So I would advise you not to go here as you will be very disappointed and angry when you leave.
The quantity of the meal is horrendous I always get the same meal and today the staff told me this is the usual portion! Never going again.
First visit after second lockdown few tables in 4to5 waiter As we enter a waiter asked how many, so said there’s 5 of us 2 adults 3kids so he says to write our name n number for track n trace which I do as that s a good thing. But this is where it starts but before I carry on I have my own restaurant. So I understand how the catering industry works. So me I put my name n number on a book for track n trace, the waiter so rudely goes there 5 of you put everyones name n number down for all 5 of you. So I pulled him up and I go I have as long as you have one persons of that bubble it’s enough. He goes no all of you have to, I go to him you want my 2, 7, 12 year old to put there name number down to aswell do you. That when he realised he messed up. I guess lack of knowledge n training behalf of the management Then they take us to a table right at far end of the restaurant, right to the back were the flower wall is For table of 5 so I refused to sit there there were only 5 tables in when we walked in. So I asked the young waiter sorry but I can’t sit there with my family when the main floor is empty. He goes there for table of 4 n this is the only table of 5. I still refused. So eventually he got a table of4 n 2 together, So why couldn’t he do that in the first place or was it effort. Thought restaurant were meant to make there customers feel comfortable and relaxed I guess they didn’t no what that is. We sat down waited 15 min just to order drinks. and then the food which was ok drinks came then food but 1 naan was missing which the waiter said 5 min never arrived we were left to it the next time a waiter came was to clear the tables didn’t even ask how was the food etc we didn’t even bother saying anything. When it came to settling the bill they didn’t forget to take the naan off, charge us for the naan tho which the waiter did take it off when I mentioned it. They lack good customer service no management in place. Disappointing it like they didnt care or bothered but the price they charging for the food every customer expects good service.

I will definitely be returning to this restaurant and highly recommend it to others.
