This Japanese family restaurant is truly a hidden gem! The soft shell crab miso soup is absolutely worth traveling for. The perfectly sauteed soft shell crab in the delicious miso soup is a culinary delight on its own. The Rotated Triangle dish is a work of art with soft shell crab, avocado, salmon, spicy tuna, ponzu, and cilantro.
