Food was good service was pretty poor I even got up and got my drinks myself ? If that doesn't tell you at the bar there is something not right well I don't know ? Penny was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made me a great cocktail and was very kind to my dog. The food was delicious and I would definitely return. Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect score of 5.
Myself and a group of friends had the most amazing meal here last night. The thought which had been put into the preparation of the meals was exceptional. I had the venison for my main and it was simply incredible. Fantastic traditional pub with friendly staff who looked after us very well. Well worth a visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went out yesterday evening with my husband for a meal. Both of us had a 7 oz fillet steak, the meat was cooked to perfection, the presentation was fabulous. Our waitress Emily was very attentive . Finished off with an apple tata with clotted cream delicious .
