We also eat here every few weeks and recently had a special birthday family event here. Fifteen of us made to feel special. Fish is so fresh, scampi too. Can't fault anything.

I must say the whole experience was worthy of a mention. Delightful friendly staff very pleasant and helpful. Meal was delicious and the Banofee desert was lush !!!! And with a nice glass of wine it was just as good as a night out in any restaurant !!! Thoroughly recommend it.

Popped in to the Pelican for the first time today and could not fault anything ..the customer service from the minute we walked in was excellent . we were serve... read more Popped in to the Pelican for the first time today and could not fault anything ..the customer service from the minute we walked in was excellent . we were served by a lovely young man called Ethan who's personality is an asset to the restaurant.. All the staff were extremely professional friendly and accommodating .. The fish and chips we're without a doubt the best we've had since living in Devon. We will definitely be returning on a regular basis. Marcel Julie
