What Bakepud doesn't like about Sq Bar Restaurant:
The menu at this restaurant seemed promising and the set menu was a good deal. My husband enjoyed his fillet steak, although they initially forgot the sauce, which was brought when requested. I was disappointed with the whole plaice dish, as there wasn't much meat on the fish once the bone was removed. We had a lovely evening. We had excellent food, well presented at a good price with cheerful and efficient service. An extensive menu, nice decor and artwork, good wine, alcohol free Guinness, cocktails. We will definitely be back.
The restaurant had a charming ambiance, a variety of appetizing menu options, and attentive waitstaff. It was a delightful dining experience overall.
We had a wonderful lunch today at the restaurant. I ordered the Fish Pie while my wife had the Beef Bourguignon. The dishes were beautifully presented, as shown in the photos, and were only £10 each. We also indulged in a cocktail, which was excellent!

Good service is just as important as good food, so unfortunately, I wouldn't return to this restaurant.
Came here with my partner and it definitely didn’t disappoint, we both had the leak and potato soup for starters and it was really nice and tasty, we both had the fillet steak and both steaks were cooked to perfection, everything here was top class and highly recommended
