Tried to give this place a chance, walked in and straight back out again the place was like a nursery, I realise that pubs have got to cater for families but this place is taking it way to far. View all feedback.
What Primestop dislikes about Agricultural Inn:
In the centre of the village, but just tucked away enough to be out of the throng. Very large council car park directly outside (remember to get your parking ticket validated, or you'll get a parking ticket). Good pub fare in this large pub. Beer garden at the front. Always lots of social activities the landlord tries very hard to maintain a good social diary. View all feedback.
The restaurant offers a fantastic breakfast served by friendly staff. They also have specials on certain days such as Sunday Lunch, Discount Day, Curry Day, Fish Day, and Vegan Day. The food is freshly cooked and delicious. They are planning to start a Skittles team and have a large Function Room. The restaurant maintains its old-world charm with a modern touch.
Food was excellent cooked and served with perfection. The steak was done to my liking and plenty of it. Safe were friendly and helpful. Thanks very much.
Visited for a Sunday afternoon Carvery, choice of 3 meats, Beef, Pork and Turkey. The Beef was freshly cut and I have to say was the moistest tastiest beef I have ever eaten, to add to this it covered the plate. Not a huge variety of vegetables, but what was there was really tasty. Husband had the Roast Turkey, which was equally as moist. Very attentive staff and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return.
The Aggi has a new chef had an amazing breakfast this morning. Worth a visit and very reasonably priced, made to feel very welcome.
In need of a serious overhaul the inside is like something out of the 50's horrible sticky carpet, depressing decor, tables that are so sticky you gave to peel your pint from it we we're going to eat there but thought better of it
