What Bert Lehner doesn't like about Reichenbach Hall:
Very strange greeting, told kitchen was closing in 15 minutes and server was leaving and could go to order food at bar and maybe be able to take food to a table, very abrupt and not welcoming at all. Person at bar was completely different, she told us to go to a table and she would serve us which she did and was very nice. Food was average and there was no atmosphere View all feedback. Jack will suggest exactly the beer that you are looking for. He is really knowledgeable and fun. The whole team is really nice and welcoming, I came back 2 times during my visit to NYC. I definitely recommend this place to beer lovers and can't... View all feedback.

read moreVisitors to this German restaurant in NYC experienced mixed feelings about their dining experience. Some were thoroughly disappointed by the ambience, service, and food quality, while others found it to be a great spot for hearty German fare at a reasonable price. The restaurant's traditional decor, large portions, and variety of beers received praise from some customers, while others were let down by bland food and inconsistent service. Overall, opinions varied from terrible to wonderful, making it a hit-or-miss establishment for those seeking a taste of German cuisine in the city.
