I hate to complain at restaurants. But when my steak was undercooked, the staff jumped to and got me a new one asap. They were super accommodating and friendly. Myself and my family went out to red lobster this past Sunday for a birthday dinner and the food was great, nothing to complain about there. Aside from that the service was terribly slow. We waited 15 minutes before a server came to our table after being sat down.
