What Michael Spence doesn't like about Baskin Robbins:
I recently visited this Baskin-Robbins and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a one-scoop ice cream cone, but to my surprise, there was no ice cream inside the cone. Even worse, the cones themselves tasted stale. It was quite disappointing, as I expected better from a popular ice cream chain like Baskin-Robbins. I treated my daughter to some ice cream. She had the ice cream cake and I had the chocolate mousse, so DELICIOUS!!!!!! Everything is so expensive in Ottawa, even ice cream but it is well worth it because my daughter enjoyed the experience.
