Baskin Robbins - Nepean

I recently visited this Baskin-Robbins and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a one-scoop ice cream cone, but to my surprise, there was no ice cream inside the cone. Even worse, the cones themselves tasted stale. It was quite disappointing, as I expected better from a popular ice cream chain like Baskin-Robbins. I hope they can address these issues to ensure a more enjoyable ice cream experience for customers.

Went in to pick up a double-scoop of Pralines Cream. There were 2 staff on and only 1 customer in the store. The free staff member made herself busy, avoided eye contact and waited until a couple who came in after me approached the counter. She immediately went over to them and took their order. I left, of course, and told the young woman that I had been next in line. With the prices they charge for ice cream they shouldn't be rude on top of that. It literally adds insult to injury.

This is a great place with friendly staff. The cakes are tasty, and the shakes are addictive.

I treated my daughter to some ice cream. She had the ice cream cake and I had the chocolate mousse, so DELICIOUS!!!!!! Everything is so expensive in Ottawa, even ice cream but it is well worth it because my daughter enjoyed the experience. Support this place because the man looks like he works hard and is trying his best after lockdowns. Everyone is trying to recover so we must support our small businesses or we will be stuck with boring grocery store ice cream. :
