After I left, I noticed there was no caramel in my drink, so I went back... read more I walked into the café to grab a small caramel macchiato—pretty straightforward, right? After I left, I noticed there was no caramel in my drink, so I went back in and asked if she could add some. She seemed surprised and said she didn’t realize I wanted caramel. I was about to lose my cool, but instead, I just pointed to the sticker on the cup that clearly said "caramel." She turned around, handed it back to me, and it was still missing the caramel. I should have tasted it first. Now I’m sitting in the parking lot typing this instead of going back in and letting her have it. I'm really frustrated with the staff, especially since she returned the cup to me in that state.
